This first camp of the 2023 spring season will focus on the exploration of Lewis & Clark. Why did this journey begin? What was life like back when Lewis and Clark were alive?

Enjoy plotting a map of the journey these explorers took.

Learn about the native peoples that these explorers encountered along their journey. How did the physical environment influence daily life and shelter building? Enjoy creating and designing replica homes that these tribes lived in at the time of their meeting Lewis & Clark.

Enjoy creating a diorama about an imaginary place that you and a partner will be discovering for the first time. What are the animals like? The land formations? How do you communicate with the native people? How do you survive in this new place?

Come for exploration, learning, and hands-on activities!

Duration: 8:30am to 2:30pm

Turns out that a day camp you've registered for no longer works?

For a day camp, we are happy to honor cancellations or reschedule requests 7 days before the start of the camp. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling requests received within the 7 day window prior to the start of the camp cannot be refunded nor credited. Thanks for your understanding!
